an ok experience
nice pools easy beach access sewage smell cold food
the pools were nice. they had enough space for everyone. the hotel also had easy beach access. it was a very short walk from the back of the hotel.
our room smelled bad, like sewage. we told the reception, but nothing changed. the food wasn't very good either. it was often cold and not very varied.

fantastic stay!
daily cleaning great selection
I particularly enjoyed the daily room cleaning. It was very thorough. the swimming pools were clean and big. the staff were friendly and helpful !!! the breakfast had a great selection of food.

Family Fun by the Beach
clean beaches helpful staff excellent breakfast
The hotel is very close to several clean beaches. The staff members were consistently helpful . I found the breakfast options excellent with many choices available (I especially enjoyed the fruit selection).
The noise levels at night were sometimes high. I could often hear other guests moving furniture or children running in the early morning. This made it difficult for me to sleep well every night.

The room included comfortable beds and a tv for entertainment. A fridge was available for storing drinks and snacks. Clean towels were provided daily. The room also had a functional hairdryer.

Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff ample space charming village
I liked the friendly staff. They were always ready to help! The pool was a highlight, with ample space, even when the hotel was busy. I found the location convenient because it was an easy walk to a charming nearby village.
My only issue was that there was no presentation or information about the different activities available during check-in so I had to find out myself. I had to actively seek out the details.

The hotel has a good location because it is near shops and transport links for day trips. A short trip takes you to the marina. Cala d'Or center is also easily accessible.
Service

The staff was very kind and helpful and always available, which I appreciated a lot. Reception staff offered food at 3 a.m. when I arrived late. The hotel manager was polite and cared about guest satisfaction.

There was a good variety of food at the buffet, including options for both adults and children. The inclusive food had good quality, with nice cocktails, wine, and beer. I enjoyed the varied and delicious food, especially the paella!

There is a modern slide park, offering plenty of play options. The pools are clean. The hotel also provides tennis, soccer, volleyball, and table tennis, good. The grounds are clean.

The rooms were a good size and cleaned daily. The room had a balcony overlooking the pools! Clean towels were provided daily and the beds were comfortable. I found everything satisfactory.
